- Please note, we do require credit card details or a deposit to secure all appointments. We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment.
- We kindly ask for 48 hours notice for spa packages and 24 hours for all other appointments to avoid an initial 50% cancellation fee.
- If no notice is given a charge for the full value of your scheduled treatments will be incurred automatically to your credit card.
